Please note: the bottle jack should not be placed upside down, as doing so may cause oil leak. In case there is oil leak during transportation or after using , simply refill the oil and the jack will work fine again.

Operation Instructions:

• To raise: using the slotted opening at the end of the handle, turn the release-valve clockwise to tighten it. And then put the jack under the load to be lifted.  Turn the adjustable screw rod until it contacts with the load. Put the handle in the pressing handle holder and press up and down; the piston rod will rise slowing till the specified range is reached.
• To lower: remove the pressing hanlde. Using the slotted opeing at the end of the hanlde; turn the release-valve slightly conterclockwise to loosen it but don't turn out too much to cause oil leaking. And then the piston rod will move down slowly. When loaded, the release-valve should not be turned quickly, as too speedy lowering might lead to danger and cause oil leaking.

Routine Maintenance:

• The applying condition for this product: Temp -5ºC to +45ºC, lubricating oil GB443-64HJ-10 should be used, while temp.  -5ºC to -20ºC, synthetic spindle oil GB442-64 should applied. Proper quantity of oil should be maintained, otherwise the specified lifting height would not be reached.
• When in operation, the jack should be seated in rectangular space with the lifted heavy body.
• To avoid damaging, the jack should be kpet away from shaking and vibrating source while in operation. When not in using, be coverd and kept away from dust.
• The jack is not allowed to stand upside down.
• This product is not suitable to the operation environment full of acid or alkaline corrosive liquid or air.

Safety Note:

• Lifting weight should not exceed the specified duty of the jack.
• The bottom of the jack should always be placed on the levelled and hard ground.
• The contact between the top and the lifted body must be perfect. Without a supporting rack, it is not allowed to work under the lifted heavy body after it is raised.
• When several jacks are used together, the raising speed should be coincident with each other, and the duty of each should be balanced, otherwise the danger of collapse might happen.
